Dr. Erika Bury is excited to provide superior eye care to the Newberg and surrounding communities. Having worked all across Oregon with the top ophthalmologist and optometrist in the area, she is excited to finally open her own practice in Newberg. The practice if a full optometry clinic providing medical, vision and contact lens exams. NFEC is passionate about their belief that EVERYONE should have access to good eye care. We accept Oregon Health plan and have discount prices for those without insurance to keep eye care accessible.
Dr. Bury believes in a patient centered approach, and knows everyone has different concerns with getting an eye exam. The practice provides options to make each patient more comfortable with the process. She also believes education and experience is key to providing the best care. She completed her doctorate in at one of the top optometry schools in the nation located in Boston, Massachusetts. After getting her doctorate, she continued to get her Master’s in Nutrition to better educate diabetics and provide a more holistic approach to eye care. Currently she is also pursuing an MBA from Washington State University (Go Cougs). Dr. Bury and the NFEC team is excited to open doors in Newberg.
